Integrated with ITSM and CMDB systems, Morpheus Data automatically creates changes for each request within Morpheus or receives commands to execute changes created in change control tools. In this way, whenever a new infrastructure is created or modified, requests go through the approval process. If an error occurs during the application of the change, Morpheus Data itself creates the alert and the call, in addition to updating the change process. At the end, Morpheus Data updates the configuration item within the CMDB, to keep the asset inventory intact and identical to reality.
